  • A reunion the other day with our Bratislava based tour guide and translator. This time in Northern Ireland to re-visit where he lived when here in the 1990's. Also boarded the SS Nomadic in Belfast and learned of previous guests like Charlie Chaplin. Someone told me this mural in Toronto at 1135 Dundas Street East is by @hera_herakut & @akut_herakut. I loved it, hence the photo, but now I actually know what it is! Munich, Germany - Tour Vlog German lessons from Mark in Salzburg, meanwhile Francesco's bottled beer collection grows. The phrase we were debating was "Meine Zunge ist geschnitten", meaning "my tongue is cut". My tongue probably wasn't cut, but the word Schnitzel meaning thin cut and all derivations thereof were amusing us on the long road trips through the Alps that week, once trying to remember all the words to "The Sound of Music" came to an end. A return to near beginnings of the whole Unquiet Nights thing with a tour vlog from our Scala London (@scalaldn) gig. It was a long trip by ferry & road, including cancelled flights, but we got it done. Darren kept us entertained with factual insight on every single point of interest from Stranraer to London, including much about the Industrial Revolution. The King’s Head, Belfast. Next song to drop on October 30th is unusual because people close to UN just know it as “Clip of a Thing”. It’s something we used to play in rehearsals, sound checks and anywhere else dating back before even the first album. There’s a video of Rodger and I “doing” that song at a house on Ormeau Road, Belfast in 2010, a rehearsal for Amsterdam in 2012, and then in 2015 I seem to be playing it while Neal was setting up the mics for the “Love Leave Your Mark on Me”. We will unearth some of these videos in coming days to let you see the glacial development of the song once called “Clip of a Thing”. This "Making of..." video was never uploaded to our channel until today. "Don't Wanna Kill For Religion" was from our second album and was filmed on the roof of The @EuropaHotelBelfast. The reflection on the window last night @ Credential Sound. Our next single drop is October 30th.
